INTRODUCTION

Montessori Teacher Training 3-6 Diploma Course is a comprehensive study of Montessori theory and practice to prepare teachers to work with children from 2½ to 6 years. The Diploma Course consists of Montessori child philosophy and development, human development, Montessori primary materials and curriculum, the role of the teacher and the preparation of the Montessori environment.

OBJECTIVES

  • To spread awareness about true Montessori Philosophies and Methodology of Dr. Maria Montessori to all nick & corners of the Pakistan.
  • To instill in every teacher, mothers, and all those related with children having age of 2 ½ -6 years, the light of the Montessori guiding spirit to work towards betterment of mankind especially new generation.
  • Provide opportunity to have in depth knowledge of Montessori Method of teaching without leaving home.

PROGRAM CONTENTS

  1. Introduction of Dr. Maria Montessori and her Role
  2. Fundamental concepts of Montessori Method of Teaching
  3. Math Activities (i.e. Number Rods, Spindle Boxes, Sand Paper Numbers, Spindle Boxes, Counter & Cards, Stamp Game (Division), Skip Counting and many More)
  4. Sensorial Activities (i.e. Pink Tower, Cylinder Blocks, Geometrical Cabinet (Presentation Tray, Long Rods, Rough & Smooth Boards, Stereognostic Bags and Many More)
  5. Exercise of Practical Life (EPL – Life Skills) (i.e. Opening bottle tops, Passing pointed Objects, Pouring Water from jug to jug, Pouring Water through a funnel, Folding Napkins and Many More
  6. Language Activities (i.e. Sand Paper Letters, Metal Insets, Moveable alphabets Vocabulary Basket, I Spy Game, Classified Cards, Conjunction Game, Preposition Game and many more
  7. Culture Activities (i.e. Geography, solar system, Science experiments and many more )
  8. Webinars / Online Workshops i.e. Urdu Phonics & English Jolly Phonics, Lesson Planning, Class Managements Skills, etc. to be offered time to time on additional payment.

  • Classes will be held on every Wednesday & Thursday
